A master class in fresh pasta made with natural ingredients, from farm to table.
The lessons take place in our modern Torre Luce room and focus on classic recipes with traditional techniques.
Learn the art of making dough using different flours to create the perfect ravioli and tagliatelle.
Prepare sauces to accompany the fresh pasta and savor the flavors with a glass of Chianti.

The view from the terrace of Villa Cappuccina is so captivating that it invites you to contemplate, enjoy, and, why not, even paint it – even if you're not a skilled artist like Caravaggio. In fact, this could be the perfect opportunity to uncover hidden talents and create true masterpieces that will become delightful mementos. Everyone is welcome: beginners, the curious, children, and adults. Creative and non-creative individuals alike.
The materials are provided by the teacher, who will bring paints, canvases, and easels. We will be painting with oil paints.
If desired, you can also experiment with watercolors, but this is recommended only for more experienced students, as it is a more challenging technique to master.

Yoga and Fitness Classes

Yoga is an ancient discipline that has become one of the most effective tools worldwide for ensuring physical and mental health, as well as spiritual fulfilment for people of all ages. Our yoga classes last about 1 hour and start at 6:30 - 7:00 in the morning (times may vary depending on the season). Classes are held outdoors, either on the panoramic terrace of the Villa or in the solarium of the SPA.
Olive Harvest

Are you planning a trip in October and November to enjoy the autumn colors of Tuscany? Among the activities available during this time, you can also take part in the harvest of our precious olives for a few hours. Tuscan olive oil is among the most appreciated in Italy, known for its greenish hue and a fruity, almost spicy flavor that leaves a slightly bitter finish. Once the olives are pressed, we will send two bottles of our oil to the participants.

Our resort is not only located in the area where the first Italian wine to receive the DOCG recognition, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, is produced, but it is also practically surrounded by vineyards cultivated by passionate winemakers. For those who want to get closer to the world of Tuscan wine without sacrificing the comfort of our resort, we have created a space to introduce our guests to three wines of unparalleled fame: Vernaccia, Chianti, and Rosso di Montalcino. Our sommelier will guide you on a sensory journey, simulating a food and wine pairing lesson that will conclude with the iconic Vin Santo, served with local Cantucci.
